Happy Monday everybody! I love Mondays simply because I love a fresh new week. Speaking of the week, we are currently in the week of Thanksgiving and Black Friday. Can someone please tell me where the time has gone?! Nevertheless, I am super eager to be celebrating this time of year!
Being that the holidays are around the corner, sometimes it can make people feel a little anxious. With all the planning and spending that is involved, it can really burn a person out mentally and financially. That is why I am so excited to be sharing my top 7 things that I know will be ideal to prepare for the holiday season.

I would say this is thee MOST IMPORTANT rule in getting ready for the holidays. FALL FASHION MUST HAVES UNDER $50

Tis the season of pumpkin spice everything, cool weather and fall home decors. Now, everyone embraces fall for different reasons, but as a woman who LOVES fashion, I love the transition from rompers and sandals to sweaters and boots.

When I put this list together, I thought about how much I love shopping but do not like spending a lot of money. But don't get me wrong, every now and then, it’s good to treat yourself with an expensive item, but if you’re going for an everyday look, these essentials will help you get started.  








Okay, let’s get it poppin! Here’s my list of must-have wardrobe necessities:

BOOTS




Boots are so needed in the fall and upcoming winter season. I love how boots can come in so many different styles. More options mean more ways to stunt LOL! 
DENIM:
This is a classic piece for everyone. We got denim styles from high-waist, skinny, to boot cut jeans. Of course, you always want to go for the style that fits you or a style that you’ve always wanted to try out.

Happy Monday friends! Something about a new week makes me feel happy. I know what you’re thinking, it’s Monday Modeline, and no one cares about Monday, well, I am here to tell you that it is all about perspective! How we see Monday is completely in your control, so what are you doing with it?
Today, I want to motivate and challenge us to do something this week that you’ve probably may not have done in a while. I want us to go out of our comfort zone and do a random act of kindness to ONLY strangers.
Here are some examples:
Pay for someone’s order that’s behind you. Give a bottle of water to a homeless in need Compliment a co-worker Offer to take your neighbor's trash out Volunteer at community service event Help an elderly by going to the grocery store for them Leave letters of encouragement on people’s cars
There is so much more random act of kindness that you can do to give back.  You’ll have an amazing feeling knowing that you were able to make someone's day. J

As I am getting older, I realized the importance of self-care. Life hands us so much that we tend to feel overwhelmed. Times like that, you have to take a moment to pause and reevaluate everything. MY FITNESS ROUTINE

Lately, I’ve been getting some great compliments on how I am getting fit and in shape. What a confidence booster, right?! I started my weight training journey just in time for the summer and plan to continue this habit all through my life.

Currently, I've been receiving questions on what exactly am I doing to get in shape, and is it really that simple. My answer is yes! Today I am happy to share my secret: Portion control and work out only 10 minutes a day. Sounds good right? 
Yes! Honestly, it doesn’t take too much to get a fit body, unless you’re training for a competition or other fun events. The main focus will always be how you balancing what you eat and staying active.
